With a degree in Professional Music Performance from the Academy of Contemporary Music (ACM) and nearly 30 years of playing experience, Daniel brings a rare combination of academic training, real-world performance, and 18 years of dedicated teaching to every lesson.

After graduating from ACM in 2011, Daniel continued to perform extensively, touring the UK with original bands across genres spanning rock, pop and metalcore. That experience of actually doing it — writing, rehearsing, performing live on stages across the country — is something he brings directly into his teaching. Lessons aren't just about technique and theory in isolation. They're about becoming a real musician.

Now based in Hounslow, West London, Daniel teaches students aged 12 to 65 from a purpose built teaching room, as well as online via Rock Out Loud Live. Whether you're picking up a guitar for the first time, returning after years away, or looking to seriously develop your playing, lessons are tailored entirely around you and what you want to achieve.

Maybe you've tried teaching yourself through YouTube videos and books and got so far but no further. Maybe you had group lessons at school that never really clicked. Maybe you already play but feel stuck and don't know where to go next. Whatever your starting point, the right tutor can save you years of frustration and get you making real progress faster than you'd ever manage alone.

Daniel is registered with the London College of Music and fully DBS checked, providing complete peace of mind for parents of younger students. Lessons can also incorporate the LCM and Rockschool graded exam syllabus if required, with UCAS points available for grades 6 and above — a genuinely useful pathway for students considering university applications.

Guitars are available to use during lessons if needed, though owning your own instrument is recommended to ensure steady progress between sessions.
